Mardi 20 août 2019 The MS-212A et MS-212W precision UV radiometers measure the amount of ultraviolet radiation that reach the ground. Each of the two references is specific to a range of UV. MS-212A UVA Precision UV Radiometers: The precision UV-A Radiometer MS-212A is designed to measure UV-A radiation with high reliability. It is calibrated against a NIST traceable standard. The combination of a well-designed UV-A filter and a GaAsP photodiode guarantees high performance to measure UV-A between 315 and 400nm. The energy in this spectral range accounts for 4 to 5% of the total solar radiation. MS-212W UVB Precision UV Radiometers: The precision UV-B Radiometer MS-212W is designed to measure UV-B radiation with high reliability. It is calibrated against a NIST traceable standard. The combination of a well-designed UV-B filter and a GaAsP photodiode guarantees high performance to measure UV-B between 280 and 320nm.
